Hi, I’m William Boyd, an IT professional with a rich background in both customer-facing and technical roles at Geek Squad. My dual experience as a customer-facing agent and repair agent has honed my ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs.

Cybersecurity is my true passion. I love diving into stories about the cybersecurity field and am constantly driven to learn more. I actively seek out challenging roles that push my boundaries and allow me to grow. Hands-on practice is my favorite way to solidify my knowledge, and I thrive on lab work and real-world applications of the concepts I learn. Listening to podcasts like Darknet Diaries and attending DEFCON Convention are highlights of my learning journey and networking efforts.

Outside of work, music is a major part of my life—I attend as many concerts as I can. I’m also an avid player of Magic: The Gathering, which I love sharing with friends. Spending time with my friends or family is what keeps me motivated and looking to the future.
